Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-10-20
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.
1. What we refund
- You can ask for a refund within 7 days of a payment: a one-time purchase, or a subscription payment (the first one or a renewal).
- For a one-time purchase, credits you have already used are not refunded: within those 7 days we refund the share you haven’t used, and the refunded credits are removed from your account. For example, if you used 5 of 10 credits, we refund half the price.
- For a subscription payment, we refund it in full if you haven’t used any of the plan credits it gave; the subscription then ends at once. Once you have used plan credits from it, or after 7 days, it isn’t refunded, but you can cancel so it doesn’t renew.
- Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Unused days and unused plan credits are not refunded.
- If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or you paid and the credits never reached your account, we refund the payment in full.
- A failed video, or one refused by a safety check, never costs a credit: the credit comes back automatically, so there is nothing to refund.
2. How to ask for a refund
- Email support@flux3max.si with “Refund” in the subject line and the email address you paid with. A person replies, usually within one business day.
- Card refunds are handled by your bank and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Receipts
Stripe emails a receipt after every payment. On your bank statement the charge appears as FLUX3MAX.
4. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please email us before disputing it with your bank; we can usually fix it faster. If a payment is disputed, the credits left from that purchase are removed, and a disputed subscription payment ends the subscription.
