These terms govern your use of Flux3Max SI at flux3max.si (the “Service”), owned and operated by Lunonia Inc. By using the Service you agree to them, including the acceptable use policy in section 7, and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. What the Service does

The Service makes short AI videos with FLUX 3 Max. You write a prompt (up to 2,000 characters), and you may add an image as the first frame, or a first and a last frame. You choose the length (5 to 20 seconds), the quality (720p or 1080p), the format and whether the video has sound. AI models check your prompt and images and make the video, and you download it as an MP4.

2. Independent service, AI-generated content

Flux3Max SI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by fal (Features & Labels Inc.) or Black Forest Labs. FLUX and FLUX 3 are trademarks of Black Forest Labs; we use the model's name only to say which model makes your video. Every video is made by AI and is not real footage.

Everything the Service makes is AI-generated: a concept render, not real footage of any real thing or event. When you share a video, don't present it as real footage or as an official video of anyone. Where a platform asks you to mark AI-generated content, follow its rules.

3. The models we use

Each video is made on fal.ai (Features & Labels Inc.) with FLUX 3 Max, a video model post-trained by fal Research with Black Forest Labs. Your prompt is first checked by an AI safety model (OpenAI’s gpt-oss-safeguard, run through Inworld); it is sent to the video model as it stands in the prompt box: as you wrote it, or as rewritten by Improve prompt (Anthropic’s Claude Haiku, run through Inworld) if you pressed it and kept the result. The video model adds its own sound when sound is on.

Images you upload are checked by an automated image moderation model (fal-ai/x-ailab/nsfw on fal.ai) before they are used.

4. Accounts

You can look around without an account. To make a video, you sign in with Google or with a link we email you; one email address is one account, whichever way you sign in.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.

5. Credits, subscriptions and payments

There is no free video. To make videos you need credits, which you get by paying once or by subscribing. A video uses credits per second of video: FLUX 3 Max takes 10 credits a second at 720p and 17 at 1080p, so a 5-second 720p video uses 50. Launch offer: a video started before November 7, 2026, 00:00 UTC, takes 5 credits a second at 720p and 9 at 1080p instead, whenever its credits were bought; after that the regular rates apply to every video.

One-time purchases. You pay once, nothing renews, and these credits never expire:

Subscriptions. Each plan gives credits every month and is billed monthly, or yearly at 20% off twelve monthly payments:

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Plan credits arrive at the start of each month of the subscription, on yearly plans too (once a month, not all at once), and reset when the next month’s credits arrive: unused plan credits don’t roll over. A video spends plan credits first, then credits from one-time purchases.

You can cancel anytime under Manage subscription on your account page. The plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for; we don’t refund unused days or unused plan credits (the Refund Policy covers the 7-day refund of a payment whose credits are unused). Switching to a higher plan bills the difference right away and gives the new plan’s credits; switching to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal.

If a subscription payment is refunded in full or disputed, the subscription ends at once and that month’s unused plan credits are removed.

Credits are given back automatically if a video fails, is refused by a safety check or takes too long. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Stripe emails you a receipt.

6. What you upload and write

Only upload images you made yourself or have the right to use. You keep every right you have in what you upload. In particular:

We use your uploads only to make your videos and to check them as described in section 7. We do not use them to train AI models. How long we keep them is in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use policy

You may not use the Service to upload, make, download or share any of the following:

  1. Sexual content: nudity, sexual acts, or bodies or clothing shown in a sexualized way.
  2. Violence and gore: realistic killing, injury, crashes into people, or content that threatens or promotes violence or terrorism.
  3. Hate: hate symbols, slurs, or content that attacks people because of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
  4. Child safety: anything that sexualizes, endangers or exploits anyone under 18, real or fictional.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: videos of a public figure, or of any real person without their permission, and anything passed off as real footage of a real person, company or event.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: photos, logos or trademarks you don't have the right to use.

You also may not attack, overload or scrape the Service, get around its limits (for example by sharing an account or reselling credits), or resell it.

How we check content

Penalties

If content breaks this policy, depending on how serious it is and whether it happens again, we will delete the content, remove the credits left on the account without a refund, and suspend or close the account. Content that may be illegal is reported to the authorities.

How to report content

To report content you believe breaks this policy, email support@flux3max.si with “Report content” in the subject line. Include the link to the video if you have it, where you saw it and the date. A person reads every report.

8. Sound

Videos come with sound effects made by the video model; the Service provides no music. To add music, use the music tools inside TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts when you post: those platforms license music for use with their own editors. A song you put into the file yourself before uploading is not covered by their license and can get your video a copyright claim.

9. Your videos

You may download, keep, share and post the videos you make, including on monetized social media accounts, as long as you follow sections 2 and 7. You may not use a video in a way that suggests the owner of a brand or character in it made, sponsored or endorsed it.

10. Copyright and takedown requests

If you own the rights to something you believe is used on the Service without permission, email support@flux3max.si with “Takedown” in the subject line. Include your name and contact details, what you own and where it appears. A person reviews every request.

11. What we can't promise

The Service is provided as is and as available. It may be slow or unavailable at times, and we may pause video making when demand or costs are high. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and important changes are also emailed to account holders.

13. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at support@flux3max.si; we will try to sort it out with you before anyone starts a formal proceeding. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live apply where they give you more rights.

14. Contact

One address handles support, billing, refunds, privacy requests, reports and legal notices: support@flux3max.si. Please put the topic in the subject line. A person reads every email. See also the Contact page.
